Süßer die Knochen nie klappern

"Der Theatersommer Bergkirchen startet mit einem bayerischen Klassiker: "Der Brandner Kaspar und das ewig' Leben". Das Hoftheaters macht daraus ein Gesamtkunstwerk, das Musik, Schauspiel und Bühnenbild perfekt miteinander verbindet.

Welche Rolle spielt Franz Schuberts "Unvollendete", seine achte Sinfonie in h-moll, beim Theatersommer Bergkirchen, wo doch eigentlich "Der Brandner Kaspar und das ewig' Leben" auf dem Programm steht? Die Antwort muss man gesehen und gehört haben, denn das diesjährige Spektakel des Hoftheaters Bergkirchen erweist sich als perfekte Symbiose aus Musik, Schauspiel und gewaltigen Bilderwelten. (...)

Max I. Milian hat das riesige Werk Franz Schuberts durchforstet und hat Landler, Galopp, Militärmarsch, Forellenquintett, die Unvollendete und die Sinfonie Nr. 9 für das superb spielende Theatersommer-Quintett so einfühlsam arrangiert, dass man sich die Geschichte vom Brandner Kaspar und dem Boandlkramer gar nicht mehr ohne diese Musik vorstellen mag. So haben sich Schauspiel und Musik untrennbar miteinander verflochten und sich wechselseitig inspiriert. (...)"
